CSUEU members have between July 13 to 4 p.m. July 29 to vote whether to ratify the tentative agreement negotiated by the Bargaining Team. This is the best tentative agreement we have ever won, including: • 7% General Salary Increase (GSI) effective July 1, 2022 • Salary and benefits reopener for another raise in 2023 • $3,500 recognition bonus • Increase to the minimum and maximum salary ranges in current classifications Read the Frequently Asked Questions that have more information about the tentative agreement and the voting process. We worked with the other unions to make sure our contracts expire at the same time in 2024. We saw this year what we can achieve when the unions come together: a salary study confirming stagnant wages; successful advocacy that got us the biggest one-time salary increase ever; and commitment from the CSU and legislators to fully implement salary steps.
